The issue consisted of 1,77,86,442 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 988 per share. The IPO raised a fresh issue of Rs 1,500 million and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 16,070 million. The shares were officially listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) on September 1, 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2305262652=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2305262652="">Segment Performance:</strong> The group is primarily engaged in a single operating segment: the business of manufacturing and selling pharmaceutical products, including Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Intermediates. Thus, there is no separate reportable segment as per Ind AS 108.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2305262652=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2305262652="">Consolidated Entities:</strong> The consolidated results include the financials of the Holding Company, Symbiotec Pharmalab Limited (SPL), along with its subsidiaries: Knovea Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (KPPL), Symbiotec Zenfold Private Limited (SZPL), Navisci Pte Limited (NPL), Xinjiang Symbiotec Biotechnology Limited (XSBL), Symbiotec Biologics Private Limited (SBPL), and Xenamed Corp (a subsidiary of NPL).</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2305262652=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2305262652="">Exceptional Items:</strong> For the standalone entity in the previous quarter (<strong _ngcontent-ng-c2305262652="">Q4FY26</strong>), an exceptional item of Rs 528.13 million was recorded as a "Provision for Impairment of investment and loans in/given to subsidiary."</li></ul><p><strong>Anil Satwani, Chairman & Managing Director, Symbiotec Pharmalab, said:</strong> “Our first results as a listed company reflect a business with a steady growing core and two new growth engines for the future.</p><p>The API business — built over three decades of steroid chemistry depth and regulated-market presence — delivered steady revenue growth of 6% and EBITDA growth of 9%.
