The segment result (profit before tax and interest) stood at Rs 418.18 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Rental & Leasing of Equipment:</strong> Reported a revenue of Rs 1,862.70 lakh in Q1FY27 with a segment profit of Rs 261.35 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Brokerage & Other Services:</strong> Generated a revenue of Rs 1,806.50 lakh in Q1FY27 and achieved a segment profit of Rs 1,438.47 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Information Technology:</strong> Revenue for this segment was Rs 524.80 lakh in Q1FY27, while it recorded a segment loss of Rs 65.22 lakh.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Fundraising by Subsidiary:</strong> During the quarter ended Q1FY27, Pepperfry Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, raised Rs 1,561.26 lakh through the allotment of 3,99,299 equity shares on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 391 per equity share.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Tax Asset Recognition:</strong> Pepcart Logistics Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, recognised deferred tax assets and corresponding deferred tax income amounting to Rs 443.45 lakh in Q1FY27 in respect of carried forward losses, based on revised business plans and expected operational improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Umesh Sahay, Chairman & Managing Director, TCC Concept, said:</strong> “Q1FY27 marked another quarter of strong growth and strategic progress as we continued to scale TCC’s integrated platform across consumer commerce, digital infrastructure and technology-led businesses.</p><p>Pepperfry continues to strengthen our consumer and omnichannel presence, while PepCart is expanding the fulfilment capabilities that support the broader ecosystem.
