Tejnaksh Healthcare Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 to transact the business as given below: 1) To Consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter 30th June 2026.2) To consider and reappoint Mr. Suhas Vasantrao Thorat (DIN: 09241231) for the second term as an Independent Director of the Company.The reappointment shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Section 149, 152 read with Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 25 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The reappointment,if approved by the Board, shall be subject to the approval of shareholders by way of a special resolution at the ensuing General Meeting, as mandated under Regulation 25(2A) of the LODR Regulations.3) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
