This transaction has been accounted for as a business combination of entities under common control.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Employee Stock Options:</strong> During Q1FY27, the company granted 1,79,500 employee stock options to eligible employees under the 'Employee Stock Option Plan 2018.'</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Dividend Recommendation:</strong> The Board of Directors, on May 07, 2026, proposed a dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 1 each (200%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Amalgamation Accounting:</strong> The Company accounted for the amalgamation of Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited (approved in October 2025) by restating financial information for prior periods as per Indian Accounting Standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Suprita Reddy, MD & CEO, said:</strong> “I’m pleased to start on a positive note, as we delivered a strong YOY revenue growth of approximately 22.8%, supported by volume growth of nearly 16.5% in Q1FY27. Revenues also surpassed Q4FY26 in absolute terms, which is notable given that Q1 is typically a moderate season for the diagnostic Industry.</p><p>Coming to PH, we delivered YoY growth of approximately 18%, primarily driven by network expansion.</p><p>In April, we commissioned a hub centre in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, with a 160-slice cardiac CT.</p><p>In July, we commissioned our flagship hub centre in Bengaluru at JP Nagar, with advanced imaging technologies, including a digital PET-CT with an in-built cardiac CT and a wide bore of 75cm 3T Omega MRI.</p><p>This wide-bore 3T Omega MRI is the first of its kind in Karnataka, offering significantly faster scan times while delivering enhanced patient comfort and a superior imaging experience.</p><p>During Q1FY27, we further expanded our network with the successful commissioning of 4 spokes across Hyderabad, AP and Pune.</p><p>As we expand our footprint across our Core Geographies, West Bengal, Karnataka and Pune, we remain focused on building a stronger technical and mid-to-senior leadership team to enable disciplined execution and sustainable scaling of the business.</p><p><a class="lb" href="/hindi/get-document/post/pdf/5770439/" target="_blank">परिणाम PDF</a></p>
