For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs 3,22,111 lakh, marking an increase of 1.90% YoY from Rs 3,16,095 lakh in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 85,923 lakh, up by 3.42% QoQ from Rs 83,079 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 5.87% YoY from Rs 81,155 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income reached Rs 3,24,478 lakh compared to Rs 3,18,517 lakh in FY25, a YoY growth of 1.87%. Net Profit (Profit for the period/year): Net profit for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 7,214 lakh, reflecting a QoQ increase of 11.43% from Rs 6,474 lakh in Q3FY26. However, it saw a YoY decline of 2.87% compared to Rs 7,427 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the company achieved a net profit of Rs 23,683 lakh, representing a strong YoY growth of 29.47% compared to Rs 18,292 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 4.12. For the full year FY26, EPS stood at Rs 13.54 compared to a restated EPS of Rs 10.46 in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income: Total comprehensive income for FY26 reached Rs 23,299 lakh compared to Rs 18,249 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company is engaged in the business of goods transport and courier services. Bonus Equity Shares: During the year, the company issued bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 by capitalizing Rs 8,747 lakh from its eligible reserves.
