Expansion Projects: The company noted the completion and operationalisation of capability enhancement for the Spiral facility at Anjar (into a hybrid facility) and an additional coating facility at Bhopal with a capacity of 3 million square metre p.a. Divestment: The Board approved the sale of its 26% equity stake in Clean Max Dhyuthi Private Limited to Welspun Living Limited for a consideration of Rs 760 lakh. Upon completion, CleanMax will cease to be an associate of the company. Order Book: As per the press release, the order intake was over Rs 75 billion, and the total order book stood at over Rs 172 billion (including framework contracts). Labour Codes Impact: The company estimated the financial impact of the new Labour Codes and recognised an incremental provision under employee benefit expenses of Rs 25.20 crore on a consolidated basis and Rs 19.56 crore on a standalone basis for FY26. परिणाम PDF
