On a QoQ basis, revenue increased by 9.18% from Rs 35,940.17 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income: Total income for the quarter was Rs 39,242.30 lakh in Q1FY27, up by 97.13% YoY from Rs 19,907.28 lakh in Q1FY26. It saw a QoQ growth of 7.39% from Rs 36,542.34 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Profit Before Tax (PBT): The company reported a PBT of Rs 3,689.53 lakh in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY increase of 100.71% from Rs 1,838.20 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 4.02% increase QoQ from Rs 3,546.80 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net Profit for the Period: Net profit stood at Rs 3,692.38 lakh in Q1FY27, an increase of 101.80% YoY from Rs 1,829.75 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 6.39% increase QoQ from Rs 3,470.62 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Comprehensive Income: The company recorded a total comprehensive income of Rs 3,681.14 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,838.24 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 4,595.22 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.30, compared to Rs 0.15 in Q1FY26 and Rs 0.29 in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Standalone Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 404.78 lakh, up by 56.98% YoY from Rs 257.84 lakh in Q1FY26 and up 4.44% QoQ from Rs 387.58 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income: Standalone total income stood at Rs 406.47 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a YoY growth of 45.78% from Rs 278.82 lakh in Q1FY26, but a decrease of 58.91% QoQ from Rs 989.16 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Profit Before Tax (PBT): Standalone PBT was Rs 17.00 lakh in Q1FY27, a decline of 41.16% YoY from Rs 28.89 lakh in Q1FY26 and a decline of 94.49% QoQ from Rs 308.34 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net Profit for the Period: Net profit for Q1FY27 was Rs 19.85 lakh, a decrease of 31.29% YoY from Rs 28.89 lakh in Q1FY26 and a decrease of 90.56% QoQ from Rs 210.20 lakh in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Segment-wise Performance:</strong><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Gaming - IT Services:</strong> This segment recorded a revenue of Rs 39,091.19 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 17,519.58 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment result for the quarter was Rs 4,863.49 lakh.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">HFT (High-Frequency Trading):</strong> This segment recorded a revenue of Rs 149.16 lakh in <strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Q1FY27</strong> compared to Rs 2,366.53 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment result was a loss of Rs 480.03 lakh.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Fund Raising Approval:</strong> The Board approved a proposal for raising of funds for an aggregate amount up-to and not exceeding Rs 1,000 crore through the issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities including convertible securities, warrants, ADRs, GDRs, and/or FCCBs.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Bonus Issue:</strong> The Company issued bonus shares to its public shareholders in the ratio of 2:9 on June 22, 2026, and accordingly, the EPS stands restated.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Regulatory Expenses:</strong> Other expenses include Rs 57.68 lakh incurred towards ROC filing fees in connection with the increase in the authorised share capital of the Company.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Subsidiary Performance:</strong> The statement includes results of 9 entities, including Torus Fintech Private Limited, String Forex Private Limited, String Fintech HK Limited, String Digi Tech PTE Ltd, Kling Digital Assets FZCO, and others.</li></ul><p><strong>Ganesh Meenavalli, Managing Director, String Metaverse, said:</strong> "Q1FY27 represents another strong quarter for String Metaverse.
