<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Biotechnology company Panacea Biotec announced Q1FY27 results</strong></span></h3><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Consolidated Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total income from operations for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 19,957 lakh, compared to Rs 16,670 lakh in Q1FY26, representing a YoY growth of 19.72%. On a QoQ basis, it increased by 19.68% from Rs 16,675 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total income for the quarter reached Rs 20,381 lakh in Q1FY27, up 18.24% YoY from Rs 17,237 lakh in Q1FY26 and up 20.38% QoQ from Rs 16,930 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net profit for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 220 lakh, as against a net profit of Rs 396 lakh in Q1FY26, marking a YoY decrease of 44.44%. However, the company turned profitable on a QoQ basis compared to a loss of Rs 100 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 258 lakh, a decrease of 34.52% YoY from Rs 394 lakh in Q1FY26 and a decrease of 35.34% QoQ from Rs 399 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Earnings per share (Basic and Diluted) for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.38, compared to Rs 0.66 in Q1FY26 and Rs 0.08 in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Standalone Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total income from operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 13,471 lakh, recording a YoY growth of 20.01% from Rs 11,225 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 21.23% from Rs 11,112 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 14,077 lakh, an increase of 20.11% YoY from Rs 11,720 lakh in Q1FY26 and an increase of 20.61% QoQ from Rs 11,672 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 139 lakh in Q1FY27, turning profitable YoY from a loss of Rs 670 lakh in Q1FY26 and QoQ from a loss of Rs 18 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 167 lakh, compared to a loss of Rs 668 lakh in Q1FY26 and a profit of Rs 59 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Earnings per share (Basic and Diluted) for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 0.23, as against Rs (1.09) in Q1FY26 and Rs (0.03) in Q4FY26.</li></ul><p><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Business Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Segment Performance (Consolidated):</strong><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Vaccines Segment:</strong> Segment revenue grew to Rs 13,467 lakh in Q1FY27, up 19.97% YoY from Rs 11,225 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment turned profitable with a profit before tax of Rs 747 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to a loss of Rs 425 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Formulations Segment:</strong> Segment revenue stood at Rs 6,490 lakh in Q1FY27, up 19.19% YoY from Rs 5,445 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment recorded a loss before tax of Rs 390 lakh for the quarter.</li></ul></li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The company recognized exceptional income of Rs 274 lakh in the consolidated results for Q1FY27, relating to deferred consideration from the previous sale of domestic pharmaceutical brands.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The Group has received higher long-term business orders for vaccines from key institutional customers, which resulted in higher revenues and profits during the current quarter.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Surplus funds from the March 2022 sale of pharmaceutical formulation brands have been utilized to strengthen the working capital position and enhance capacities for manufacturing vaccine drug substances.</li></ul><p><a class="lb" href="/marathi/get-document/post/pdf/5789678/" target="_blank">Result PDF</a></p>
