For Q1FY27, a net impact of Rs 25.33 crore was debited to other expenses, while an impact of Rs 12.43 crore (till March 31, 2026) was credited to the opening retained earnings as of April 01, 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1466312349="">NCD Redemption:</strong> During Q1FY27, the Ultimate Holding Company partially redeemed 292 unsecured, rated, listed, senior, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, amounting to Rs 2.92 crore.
