In terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2026 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the submission of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept, 2026 to the public.
