Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR, We wish to inform you that, Mr. Rahul Kapasiya (ACS: 70811), has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide letter dated July 17, 2026, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization. The Board in its meeting held today i.e. July 17, 2026 (commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 02:45 P.M.) has noted his resignation with effect from the closure of business hours of July 17, 2026. The disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. The copy of his resignation letter along with detailed reason of such resignation is enclosed as Annexure-B.
