This is to inform that in terms of Company''s Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information AND SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall be closed for all designated persons (including directors and promoters), designated employees and their immediate relatives, from 1st October, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of standalone unaudited Financial Results for the Half year ended on September 30, 2026. Accordingly, all designated persons, designated employees and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
