Avio Smart Market Stack Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve various matters in connection with the proposed Rights Issue of equity shares of the Company for an amount not exceedin Rs. 49,00,00,000/-. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company had submitted the requisite applications to BSE Limited and NSE for obtaining in-principal approvals in connection with the proposed Rights Issue. However, the Stock Exchanges are presently examining the Draft Letter of Offer and have raised certain queries, which the Company is in the process of responding to. Consequently, the requisite in-principal approvals are not expected to be received on October 29, 2026. In view of the above, the Company has decided to postpone the Board Meeting scheduled for October 29, 2026, pending receipt of the requisite in-principal approvals from the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Board Meeting to consider and approve the relevant matters relating to the proposed Rights Issue, shall be rescheduled to a subsequent date.

The meeting date is therefore tentative and will be confirmed once the Stock Exchanges' approval is received. We will intimate you of any change in the date.
