Specialty Chemicals company Balaji Amines announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 39,478.64 lakh, representing an increase of 11.92% YoY compared to Rs 35,272.75 lakh in Q4FY25 and an increase of 19.16% QoQ from Rs 33,130.10 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for the quarter was Rs 40,252.48 lakh, up 11.58% YoY from Rs 36,075.77 lakh and up 19.70% QoQ from Rs 33,629.45 lakh in Q3FY26. Profit before tax for Q4FY26 reached Rs 8,586.03 lakh, a growth of 59.18% YoY from Rs 5,393.50 lakh and an 86.70% growth QoQ from Rs 4,598.76 lakh in Q3FY26. Net profit for the period for Q4FY26 reached Rs 6,477.05 lakh, registering a YoY growth of 60.16% compared to Rs 4,043.99 lakh and a QoQ growth of 110.58% from Rs 3,075.69 lakh. For FY26, Consolidated Revenue from Operations was Rs 1,42,498.07 lakh, compared to Rs 1,39,708.44 lakh in FY25, marking an increase of 2.00%. Annual Consolidated Profit for the period (PAT) for FY26 stood at Rs 16,915.68 lakh, a growth of 6.66% compared to Rs 15,859.14 lakh in FY25. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q4FY26 was Rs 19.99, compared to Rs 12.36 in Q4FY25 and Rs 9.49 in Q3FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 36,176.95 lakh, showing an increase of 12.50% YoY from Rs 32,155.87 lakh and a growth of 20.11% QoQ from Rs 30,119.92 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for the quarter stood at Rs 37,017.26 lakh, compared to Rs 32,737.63 lakh in Q4FY25 (up 13.07% YoY) and Rs 30,657.32 lakh in Q3FY26 (up 20.75% QoQ). Profit before tax for the quarter reached Rs 8,203.94 lakh, up 54.69% YoY from Rs 5,303.44 lakh and up 70.94% QoQ from Rs 4,799.35 lakh. Standalone Net profit for the period (PAT) for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,186.60 lakh, reflecting an increase of 56.22% YoY from Rs 3,960.09 lakh and 90.85% QoQ growth from Rs 3,241.52 lakh. For FY26, Standalone Revenue from Operations was Rs 1,29,154.47 lakh compared to Rs 1,27,359.23 lakh in FY25. Annual Standalone PAT for FY26 reached Rs 16,552.83 lakh, registering a growth of 5.96% compared to Rs 15,621.27 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Amines & Speciality Chemicals: The segment recorded annual revenue of Rs 1,41,568.99 lakh in FY26 compared to Rs 1,39,489.73 lakh in FY25. Segment Results before Tax & Interest for the year was Rs 22,525.09 lakh, up from Rs 20,625.78 lakh in FY25. Hotel Division: The segment recorded annual revenue of Rs 3,570.15 lakh in FY26 as against Rs 3,320.08 lakh in FY25. Segment Results before Tax & Interest stood at Rs 937.36 lakh for the year. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 11/- per equity share (550% on face value of Rs 2/- per share) for the financial year 2025-26. Subsidiary Inclusion: The consolidated results include the performance of its subsidiary, Balaji Speciality Chemicals Limited. Labor Codes Assessment: The Holding company and its subsidiary company have evaluated the incremental liability concerning the new Labour Codes and determined that the impact is not material to the financial results. D. Ram Reddy, Managing Director, said: For the Q4FY26 & FY26, the Company demonstrated resilience in its operating performance despite a temporary external disruption during the month of March 2026. Production was briefly affected due to geopolitical situation; however, the Company was able to mitigate the impact through prudent inventory planning and uninterrupted availability of raw material. This has contributed to the Company maintain supplies and ensure that plant operations remained stable. The 4th quarter performance has strengthened the Company’s integrated manufacturing model and execution capabilities, which enabled it to mitigate near-term volatility without materially affecting operations and customer servicing. While demand conditions across certain end-user industries remained stable, the Company’s established amines, its derivatives and specialty chemicals business continued to provide a stable operation. Balaji Amines also continued to make progress on its strategic priorities during the quarter. The ramp-up of electronic-grade DMC, DMF and other products is steadily strengthening the Company’s presence in higher-value segments and remains an important part of its growth agenda. As the Company enters the new financial year, its focus remains on improving utilization across all the plants, enhancing operating leverage and maintaining disciplined execution.
