Bank of India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reached Rs 22,85,286 lakh in Q4FY26, showing a YoY growth of 4.19% compared to Rs 21,93,354 lakh in Q4FY25, and a QoQ growth of 6.89% from Rs 21,37,920 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, total income stood at Rs 85,64,956 lakh, up 6.51% from Rs 80,41,244 lakh in FY25. Operating Profit (before Provisions and Contingencies): Recorded at Rs 5,08,154 lakh in Q4FY26, reflecting a YoY increase of 3.34% against Rs 4,91,752 lakh in Q4FY25, and a QoQ rise of 19.41% from Rs 4,25,557 lakh in Q3FY26. FY26 operating profit was Rs 17,25,951 lakh, compared to Rs 16,60,835 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: Stood at Rs 3,08,776 lakh in Q4FY26, observing a YoY growth of 18.67% from Rs 2,60,198 lakh in Q4FY25, and a QoQ increase of 9.79% from Rs 2,81,229 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, net profit was Rs 10,30,630 lakh, an increase of 7.94% from Rs 9,54,828 lakh in FY25. Q3FY26 Quarterly Result Announced for Bank of India

Bank of India announced Q3FY26 results Operating Profit for Q3FY26 increased by 13% YoY and stood at Rs 4,193 crore. Net Profit for Q3FY26 grew by 7% YoY to Rs 2,705 crore. Net Interest Income (NII) for Q3FY26 stood at Rs 6,461 crore. Non-Interest Income for Q3FY26 it grew by 30% YoY at 2,279 crore. Net Interest Margin (NIM) of Global and Domestic for 9MFY26 stood at 2.51% and 2.76% respectively. Global and Domestic NIM for Q3FY26 stood at 2.57% and 2.80% respectively. Bank’s ROA and ROE for 9MFY26 stood at 0.90% and 14.49% respectively. ROA and ROE for Q3FY26 increased to 0.96% and 15.34% respectively. Balance Sheet: Bank’s Global Advances registered a growth of 13.63% YoY with Domestic Advances growth at 15.16% YoY. Bank’s Global Business crossed Rs 16 lakh crore milestone.
