Hotels company Benares Hotels announced Q4FY26 results Q4FY26 Financial Highlights: Total Income: The company reported a total income of Rs 4,993.75 lakh in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 5,050.61 lakh in Q4FY25, a decrease of 1.13% YoY. On a QoQ basis, it increased by 16.53% from Rs 4,265.55 lakh in Q3FY26. Revenue from Operations: Revenue stood at Rs 4,859.96 lakh in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 4,912.28 lakh in Q4FY25 (down 1.06% YoY) and Rs 4,182.84 lakh in Q3FY26 (up 16.19% QoQ). Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for the quarter was Rs 2,073.09 lakh, reflecting a YoY decrease of 3.53% from Rs 2,149.05 lakh in Q4FY25 and a QoQ increase of 9.79% from Rs 1,888.28 lakh in Q3FY26. Net Profit (PAT): Net profit reached Rs 1,534.62 lakh in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 1,605.41 lakh in Q4FY25 (down 4.41% YoY) and Rs 1,423.27 lakh in Q3FY26 (up 7.82% QoQ). Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter was Rs 118.05. FY26 Financial Highlights: Total Income: For FY26, total income stood at Rs 14,490.33 lakh, up 3.01% compared to Rs 14,066.82 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Annual revenue increased by 2.71% to Rs 13,913.84 lakh in FY26 from Rs 13,546.63 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT was Rs 5,806.43 lakh in FY26, remaining nearly flat compared to Rs 5,810.97 lakh in FY25. Net Profit (PAT): Net profit for FY26 stood at Rs 4,323.89 lakh, compared to Rs 4,324.95 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Annual basic and diluted EPS was Rs 332.61. Dividend: The Board has recommended a dividend of 250% i.e., Rs 25 per share on 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Business Highlights Expansion: Taj Ganges, Varanasi successfully opened another 100 rooms block during the year. Exceptional Items: The company reported a net impact of Rs 13.34 lakh under exceptional items for FY26. This was related to the incremental impact of the implementation of new Labour Codes. Anant Narain Singh, Chairman, Benares Hotels, said: “BHL for Q4FY26 reported a revenue of Rs 49.9 crore, EBITDA of Rs 23.2 crore with a strong EBITDA margin at 46% and PAT of Rs 15.3 crore.
