<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Hotels company Benares Hotels announced Q2FY27 results</strong></span></h3> <p><strong>Financial Highlights:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Quarterly Results:</strong> Total income for the quarter was Rs 3,282.46, an increase from Rs 2,552.02 in the same quarter the previous year. Profit after tax rose to Rs 655.72 (up from Rs 607.85), with an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 50.44.</li> <li><strong>Half-Yearly Results:</strong> For the six months ended September 30, 2026, total income reached Rs 6,804.01, compared to Rs 5,231.03 for the same period in 2025. Profit after tax for the half-year was Rs 1,480.59, and the EPS was Rs 113.89.</li> <li><strong>Balance Sheet:</strong> As of September 30, 2026, the company held total assets of Rs 25,946.22, with total equity standing at Rs 22,419.19.</li> <li><strong>Cash Flow:</strong> The company generated Rs 1,810.01 from operating activities during the half-year period.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Anant Narain Singh, Chairman, Benares Hotels (BHL) said:</strong> “BHL for the second quarter reported a 29% growth in revenue at Rs 32.8 crore, EBITDA of Rs 11.5 crore with a healthy EBITDA margin of 35% and PAT of Rs 6.6 crore. This double-digit revenue growth of 30% in the first half at Rs 68 crore with an EBITDA of Rs 25.3 crore and PAT of Rs 14.8 crore is reflective of the market demand and resultant absorption of additional inventory at Taj Ganges.
