Central Bank of India announced Q3FY26 results Profitability: Total Income (Interest Income plus Non-Interest Income) for Q3FY26 improved by 12.62%, from Rs 9,739 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs 10,968 crore for Q3Y26. Operating Profit grew at 16.76% & 4.26% respectively, for the quarter & YTD and stood at Rs 2,292 / Rs 6,382 crore. Net Interest Income for Q3FY26, stood at Rs 3,502 crore, declined by 1.07%, over Rs 3,540 crore of Q3FY25. Cost to Income ratio stood at 57.84% in Q3FY26 registering a growth of 99 bps. Return on Asset (ROA) improved to 1.01 % in Q3FY26 as against 0.87 % in Q3FY25. Return on Equity (ROE) improved to 14.47% in Q3FY26 as against 12.85% in Q3FY25. Business Highlights: Total Business of the Bank, stood at Rs 7,74,106 crore as on December 31, 2025, as against Rs 6,68,686 crore, registering growth of Rs 1,05,420 crore (15.77%) on YoY basis. Total Deposit of the Bank, stood at Rs 4,50,575 crore as on December 31, 2025, as against Rs 3,97,907 crore, registering growth of Rs 52,668 crore (13.24 %) on YoY basis. Gross Advances increased by Rs 52,752 crore (19.48%) on YoY basis and stood at Rs 3,23,531 crore as on December 31, 2025, as against Rs 2,70,799 crore as on December, 2024. RAM (Retail, Agriculture & MSME) business grew by 17.89 %. The individual sector wise growth stood at 20.93 % (Rs 96,652 crore), 15.41% (Rs 59,176 core) & 15.90% (Rs 67,338 crore), respectively, for Retail, Agriculture & MSME. Business per Employee has improved to Rs 22.65 crore during quarter ended December 31, 2025, from Rs 19.95 crore on YoY basis. Asset Quality: Gross NPA stood at 2.70%, from 3.86 %, registering an improvement of 116 bps. Net NPA stood at 0.45 %, from 0.59%, registering an improvement of 14 bps. Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) improved to 96.69%, from 96.54 %, an improvement of 15 bps. Capital Adequacy: Total BASEL III CRAR stood at 16.13%, of which Tier I at 13.87%. Branch Segmentation: Bank is having pan India presence with total 21,817 Touch Points, with 4,567 Branches, with network of branches in rural & semi-urban areas (65.22%), 4,111 ATMs and 13,099 BC Points and 40 BC Maxx Points as on December 31st, 2025. About Central Bank of India
Established in 1911, Central Bank of India holds the distinction of being the first Indian commercial bank owned and operated entirely by Indians.
