Finance company Capri Global Capital announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights Total Assets Under Management (AUM): In Q4FY26, the consolidated AUM stood at Rs 36,623 crore, representing a YoY increase of 60.2% compared to Rs 22,860 crore in Q4FY25 and a QoQ increase of 20.4% from Rs 30,407 crore in Q3FY26. Net Total Income: For Q4FY26, the company reported a Net Total Income of Rs 843 crore, which is a YoY growth of 49.9% from Rs 562 crore and a QoQ increase of 12.3% from Rs 751 crore. Net Interest Income (NII): NII for Q4FY26 was Rs 596 crore, up 56.5% YoY from Rs 381 crore and 16.7% QoQ from Rs 510 crore. For FY26, NII reached Rs 1,998 crore, growing 50% YoY. Non-Interest Income: This stood at Rs 247 crore in Q4FY26, showing a YoY growth of 36.1% and a QoQ increase of 2.9%. For FY26, non-interest income reached Rs 860 crore, up 71% YoY. Operating Profit: The operating profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 427 crore, a YoY increase of 68.1% from Rs 254 crore and a QoQ growth of 17.5% from Rs 363 crore. For FY26, pre-provision operating profit surged 97% YoY to Rs 1,446 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT): The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly PAT of Rs 283 crore in Q4FY26, marking a 59.1% YoY increase from Rs 178 crore and a 10.7% QoQ increase from Rs 255 crore. For FY26, PAT increased by 98% YoY to Rs 949 crore compared to the previous year. Asset Quality: The Gross Stage 3 ratio improved significantly to 0.9% in Q4FY26, down 61 bps YoY from 1.5% and down 27 bps QoQ from 1.2%. The Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) on Stage 3 assets was 41.2%. Return Metrics: The Return on Average Equity (RoAE) was 16.0% for Q4FY26. The Return on Average Assets (RoAA) stood at 3.8% for Q4FY26. Net Worth and Borrowings: Consolidated total net worth stood at Rs 7,203 crore as of March 31, 2026, up 67% YoY. Borrowings increased by 55% YoY to Rs 24,112 crore. Standalone Financial Highlights Capital Adequacy: The standalone capital adequacy ratio (CRAR) remained strong at 25.8% in Q4FY26, compared to 22.8% in Q4FY25 and 30.3% in Q3FY26. Business Highlights (Segment-wise Performance) Gold Loans: This segment led the growth with an AUM of Rs 16,965 crore in Q4FY26, a robust YoY increase of 110.9% and a QoQ growth of 32.5%. MSME Loans: The AUM for MSME loans stood at Rs 6,486 crore in Q4FY26, representing a YoY growth of 22.9% and a QoQ increase of 10.2%. Affordable Housing: Housing loans reached an AUM of Rs 7,447 crore, marking a 43.1% YoY increase and a 14.7% QoQ rise. Construction Finance: This segment reported an AUM of Rs 5,708 crore, showing a YoY growth of 38.1% and a QoQ increase of 11.7%. Insurance Distribution: The vertical generated a net fee income of Rs 65 crore in Q4FY26 and Rs 152 crore for FY26. Car Loan Distribution: The business maintained steady momentum with originations of Rs 3,492 crore in Q4FY26, an 18% YoY growth. Co-lending: Income from co-lending stood at Rs 97 crore for Q4FY26, up 76% YoY. Co-lending AUM grew by 91% YoY and now constitutes 21% of the consolidated AUM. Branch Network: The network expanded to 1,429 locations in Q4FY26, with a net addition of 98 branches during Q4FY26. The customer base now exceeds 6.9 lakh. Rajesh Sharma, MD, Capri Global, said: “We delivered a strong performance in Q4FY26 and for FY26, with healthy AUM growth across our key lending segments, supported by a diversified and secured retail portfolio. Profitability accelerated during the year, driven by improving margins led by higher share of high-yield products, strong growth in fee income and continued improvement in cost efficiency led by productivity gains. We delivered a marked improvement in asset quality which stands amongst industry best. Finance company Capri Global Capital announced Q3FY26 results Consolidated AUM increasing 47% YoY and 12% QoQ to reach Rs 30,406 crore. Disbursements grew 87% YoY to Rs 10,879 crore. PAT Rs 255 crore, up 99% YoY. Company delivered strong improvement in return metrics, with annualised RoAE at 15.0% and RoAA at 4.0% compared to 12.6% and 2.8% respectively, in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net Interest Income grew 48% YoY to Rs 510 crore. Non-interest income grew 124% YoY to Rs 240 crore. AUM grew 93% YoY and now constitutes 23.5% of consolidated AUM versus 21.0% in Q2FY26. Net fee income of Rs 34 crore in Q3FY26 and Rs 87 crore in 9MFY26 The car loan distribution business maintained steady momentum, with originations of Rs 3,290 crore in Q3FY26, up 15% YoY. The branch network expanded to 1,331 locations in Q3FY26, with a net addition of 107 branches during the quarter. Operational efficiency strengthened further with the cost-to-income ratio improving to 51.6% in Q3FY26, compared to 58.2% in 3QFY25. Pre-provision operating profit surged 92% YoY to Rs 363 crore in Q3FY26. Asset quality improved further with the Gross Stage 3 ratio declining to 1.2%, down by 49 bps YoY. Similarly, the Net Stage 3 ratio improved to 0.7%, down 35 bps YoY, supported by adequate provision coverage ratio of 43.6% on Stage 3 loans. CGCL standalone capital adequacy ratio stood strong at 30.3% in Q3FY26 and consolidated total equity stood at Rs 6,927 crore, up by 68% YoY reflecting strong equity capital position. Borrowings increased by 38% YoY to Rs 19,421 crore. Debt/Equity ratio remained comfortable at 2.8x.
