Cubex Tubings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/09/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of debt securities and/or other securities, including securities convertible into or exchangeable for equity shares of the Company at a later date, on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board, subject to applicable laws and requisite approvals. 2. To consider and approve the issue of securities which may be converted into equity shares of the Company at a later date, including the terms relating to conversion, issue price, conversion price, tenure, interest/coupon, redemption and other terms and conditions, as may be applicable and permissible under the prevailing laws and regulations. 3. To consider and approve the proposal for seeking the requisite approval of the members of the Company for the aforesaid issue/raising of funds, as may be required under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws.
