The company manufactures a wide range of electronic products for leading Indian and global brands. Its product portfolio includes consumer electronics, mobile phones, home appliances, lighting products, security and surveillance equipment, wearables, hearables, and selected electronic components. In order to assist with product returns, repairs, and other post-purchase needs, Dixon now offers reverse logistics services. The company provides manufacturing and product design help to customers using both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) business models.
The corporate headquarters of the corporation are situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It runs about 22 manufacturing plants in several Indian states, such as Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. Dixon is able to offer a wide variety of electrical products while satisfying the needs of clients in many markets because to this extensive manufacturing network.
Dixon has constantly increased its production capabilities through capacity extensions, technological advancements, and strategic collaborations. It entered a joint venture with Imagine Marketing Private Limited to manufacture wireless audio products in India, strengthening its footprint in the wearables and hearables category. The company, along with its subsidiaries and joint ventures, has also received approvals under the Government of India's Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes for mobile phones, IT hardware, telecom and networking products, lighting products, and inverter controller boards used in air conditioners.
Today, Dixon is among India's largest manufacturers of LED televisions and has built a strong position in the domestic electronics manufacturing sector. In addition, the company produces a wide variety of household appliances and lighting goods while branching out into new product categories. Its focus on manufacturing quality, operating efficiency, and continual capacity development has helped Dixon become a favoured manufacturing partner for several leading consumer electronics manufacturers.
