<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Electrical Equipment & Products company Emmvee Photovoltaic Power announced Q1FY27 results</strong></span></h3> <p _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Consolidated Financial Highlights:</strong></p> <ul> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Total Income: The company reported a total income of Rs 1,57,199.25 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a growth of 50.83% from Rs 1,04,222.38 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY). However, it saw a decline of 9.85% compared to Rs 1,74,383.77 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ).</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Revenue from Operations: Revenue stood at Rs 1,55,551.63 lakh in Q1FY27, increasing by 51.34% from Rs 1,02,782.37 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY). On a sequential basis, revenue decreased by 10.54% from Rs 1,73,880.62 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ).</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Profit Before Tax: The company earned a profit before tax of Rs 46,960.65 lakh in Q1FY27, a significant rise of 95.51% compared to Rs 24,019.22 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY). It decreased by 2.96% from Rs 48,393.62 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ).</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Net Profit: Net profit for Q1FY27 was Rs 38,028.65 lakh, marking a growth of 102.63% from Rs 18,767.28 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY). Compared to the previous quarter, it decreased by 3.08% from Rs 39,237.99 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ).</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 5.49, compared to Rs 3.16 in Q1FY26 and Rs 5.67 in Q4FY26.</li> </ul> <p _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Standalone Financial Highlights:</strong></p> <ul> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Total Income: Standalone total income was Rs 26,917.30 lakh in Q1FY27, a decrease of 41.21% compared to Rs 45,789.32 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY). It also declined by 16.03% from Rs 32,056.96 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ).</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue stood at Rs 21,682.75 lakh in Q1FY27, down by 51.32% from Rs 44,541.08 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY). On a sequential basis, it decreased by 20.11% from Rs 27,141.73 lakh in Q4FY26 (QoQ).</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Profit Before Tax: Standalone profit before tax was Rs 4,936.13 lakh in Q1FY27, a decline of 59.11% from Rs 12,073.16 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY). However, it saw a QoQ growth of 18.69% from Rs 4,158.70 lakh in Q4FY26.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Net Profit: The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 3,686.83 lakh in Q1FY27, a YoY decrease of 59.11% from Rs 9,016.28 lakh. On a QoQ basis, it grew by 25.38% from Rs 2,940.43 lakh in Q4FY26.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Earnings Per Share (EPS): Standalone Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.53, compared to Rs 1.52 in Q1FY26 and Rs 0.42 in Q4FY26.</li> </ul> <p _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Business Highlights:</strong></p> <ul> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>Initial Public Offering (IPO):</strong> The Holding Company completed its IPO during the previous year, raising a total of Rs 2,90,000 lakh. The equity shares were listed on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on November 18, 2025.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>Dividend:</strong> The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>IPO Proceeds Utilization:</strong> As of June 30, 2026, the company has fully utilized the net IPO proceeds of Rs 2,06,000 lakh (net of IPO-related expenses). This includes Rs 1,62,129.00 lakh for repayment/prepayment of borrowings and Rs 43,871.00 lakh for general corporate purposes.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>New Labour Codes:</strong> The Group has estimated the impact of the four new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India in November 2025 and concluded that the impact is not material for the Group/Company.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Segment-Wise Performance: <ul> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>Photovoltaics Modules (PV):</strong> This segment reported a revenue of Rs 1,68,431.26 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,22,698.62 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment results (profit) stood at Rs 45,720.88 lakh for the quarter.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Projects:</strong> Revenue from this segment was Rs 4,501.20 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 5,595.19 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment results stood at Rs 1,013.40 lakh.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>Others (Solar pumps and Independent power production):</strong> This segment reported a revenue of Rs 1,058.68 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 2,369.97 lakh in Q1FY26.
