Commercial Vehicles company Escorts Kubota announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights Q4FY26 Revenue from Continuing Operations: Rs 2,950.7 crore, representing an increase of 21.4% YoY compared to Rs 2,430.3 crore in Q4FY25, and a decrease of 9.53% QoQ from Rs 3,261.4 crore in Q3FY26. Q4FY26 EBITDA from Continuing Operations: Rs 386.0 crore, up 31.8% YoY from Rs 292.9 crore in Q4FY25, and down 12.01% QoQ from Rs 438.7 crore in Q3FY26. Q4FY26 Net Profit from Continuing Operations: Rs 324.8 crore, an increase of 29.6% YoY from Rs 250.7 crore in Q4FY25, and a decrease of 10.36% QoQ from Rs 362.4 crore in Q3FY26. FY26 Revenue from Continuing Operations: Rs 11,472.8 crore, up 12.6% YoY from Rs 10,186.96 crore in FY25. FY26 EBITDA from Continuing Operations: Rs 1,513.0 crore, up 28.5% YoY from Rs 1,177.8 crore in FY25. FY26 Net Profit (Total including discontinued operations): Rs 2,408.6 crore, representing a significant increase of 92.5% YoY from Rs 1,250.9 crore in FY25. FY26 Revenue from Continuing Operations: Rs 11,540.3 crore, an increase of 12.7% YoY from Rs 10,243.9 crore in FY25. FY26 Net Profit (Total including discontinued operations): Rs 2,394.1 crore, up 89.26% YoY from Rs 1,265.0 crore in FY25. Business Highlights Agri Machinery Products (Tractors): Tractor volumes for Q4FY26 reached 32,257 units, up 21.1% YoY from 26,633 units in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, tractor volumes were 1,33,670 units, up 15.7% YoY from 1,15,554 units. Segment revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,395.7 crore, up YoY from Rs 1,974.8 crore. The EBIT margin for this segment in FY26 improved to 12.6%, up by 190 bps from 10.7% in FY25. Construction Equipment: Construction equipment volumes for Q4FY26 were 1,877 units, up 9.2% YoY from 1,719 units in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, volumes were 5,794 units, down 10.6% YoY from 6,484 units. Segment revenue for Q4FY26 reached Rs 556.5 crore, up YoY from Rs 453.9 crore. The EBIT margin for this segment was 12.7% in Q4FY26 compared to 9.1% in Q4FY25. Railway Equipment Division (RED) Divestment: The divestment of the Railway business was successfully concluded during FY26.
