Cars & Utility Vehicles company Force Motors announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations was Rs 2,54,972 lakh, representing a growth of 19.79% QoQ (from Rs 2,12,843 lakh) and 8.23% YoY (from Rs 2,35,589 lakh). Total Income stood at Rs 2,58,357 lakh, an increase of 19.86% QoQ and 8.83% YoY. Net Profit for the quarter was Rs 27,367 lakh, a decrease of 32.07% QoQ compared to Rs 40,286 lakh and a decrease of 36.30% YoY compared to Rs 42,964 lakh. Basic and Diluted EPS was Rs 207.70, down 32.07% QoQ and 36.30% YoY. Q4FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations reached Rs 2,54,984 lakh, showing an increase of 19.79% QoQ and 8.23% YoY. Total Income was Rs 2,58,369 lakh, growing by 19.86% QoQ and 8.83% YoY. Net Profit attributable to Owners was Rs 27,852 lakh, a decrease of 31.42% QoQ from Rs 40,611 lakh and a decrease of 35.93% YoY from Rs 43,471 lakh. Basic and Diluted EPS stood at Rs 211.37, down 31.42% QoQ and 35.93% YoY. FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for FY26 was Rs 9,05,654 lakh, a growth of 12.21% YoY from Rs 8,07,123 lakh. Total Income reached Rs 9,16,700 lakh, representing a 12.79% YoY increase. Net Profit for the full year stood at Rs 1,21,126 lakh, marking a significant growth of 51.41% YoY from Rs 79,997 lakh. Basic and Diluted EPS was Rs 919.28, an increase of 51.41% YoY. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs 50 (500%) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the Financial Year 2025-26. Cash Flow from Operating Activities resulted in a net inflow of Rs 1,29,670 lakh, compared to Rs 1,54,612 lakh in FY25 (a decrease of 16.13% YoY). Cash Flow from Investing Activities saw a net outflow of Rs (89,984) lakh. Cash Flow from Financing Activities saw a net outflow of Rs (7,340) lakh. FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for FY26 was Rs 9,05,705 lakh, up 12.21% YoY. Total Income reached Rs 9,16,751 lakh, showing a YoY growth of 12.79%. Net Profit for the year was Rs 1,21,175 lakh, growing by 51.31% YoY from Rs 80,086 lakh. Basic and Diluted EPS was Rs 919.56, representing a growth of 51.31% YoY. Net Cash flow from Operating Activities for the year was Rs 1,29,709 lakh. Net Cash flow used in Investing Activities was Rs (89,984) lakh. Net Cash flow used in Financing Activities was Rs (7,340) lakh. Business Highlights: Government Incentives: The company recognized an exceptional income of Rs 28,863 lakh as government incentives under the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Investment Promotion Assistance Scheme, 2010. Acquisition: Force Motors acquired 100% equity shares of Veera Tanneries Private Limited (VTPL) on April 23, 2026, for a total consideration of Rs 16,196 lakh, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. New Tax Regime: The company shifted to a new tax regime under Section 115BAA of the Income tax Act, 1961. This led to a MAT credit write-off of Rs 559 lakh and a reversal of Deferred tax liability of Rs 9,105 lakh. Labour Code Impact: An exceptional expense of Rs 7,739 lakh was recognized following the implementation of New Labour Codes, resulting in a past period employee benefit liability.
