The Company shall provide its Members the facility to exercise their right to votes by electronic means (remote e-Voting) and e-Voting during the 49th AGM (e-Voting at AGM)(collectively referred to as e-Voting) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 08th September, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for facilitating e-Voting to enable the Members to cast their votes by electronic means. In pursuance of Rule 20(4)(vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 the Company has fixed Tuesday 1st September 2026 as Cut-Off Date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of the Members for e-Voting. The remote e-Voting period commences on Saturday, 5th September 2026 at 9:00 am (IST) and ends on Monday 7th September 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (IST)
