Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has received approval of its members by Special Resolution passed in the 41st AGM of the Company held on September 30, 2026 for appointment of Mr. Dipankar Dasgupta as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from October 01, 2026 in place of retiring Independent Non Executive Director Mr. Amudala Sreeramulu Nageswar Rao whose current period of office has expired on the date of AGM i.e. September 30, 2026. The relevant details of the captioned appointment and retirement are given in the enclosed Annexure A along with disclosure in Form B under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015.
