Fertilizers company Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations in Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,208 crore, representing an increase of 10.62% from Rs 1,996 crore in Q3FY26 and a growth of 7.45% from Rs 2,055 crore in Q4FY25. Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,333 crore, showing a QoQ growth of 11.47% and a YoY growth of 7.17% compared to Rs 2,177 crore in Q4FY25. Profit before tax for Q4FY26 reached Rs 526 crore, showing a significant increase of 157.84% on a QoQ basis from Rs 204 crore and a growth of 83.28% on a YoY basis from Rs 287 crore. Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 392 crore, up by 161.33% from Rs 150 crore in the previous quarter and 86.67% from Rs 210 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 7,773 crore compared to Rs 7,892 crore in FY25, a decrease of 1.51%. Profit before tax for FY26 increased by 34.81% YoY to Rs 1,065 crore from Rs 790 crore. Annual net profit for FY26 reached Rs 797 crore, registering a growth of 36.24% over Rs 585 crore reported in FY25. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 stood at Rs 54.22, up from Rs 39.80 in FY25. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,208 crore, showing a YoY growth of 7.45% compared to Rs 2,055 crore in Q4FY25. Consolidated profit before tax for Q4FY26 reached Rs 526 crore, representing a YoY increase of 83.28% from Rs 287 crore. Consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 396 crore, compared to Rs 211 crore in Q4FY25, reflecting a growth of 87.68%. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,773 crore against Rs 7,892 crore in FY25. Consolidated profit before tax for the financial year FY26 grew by 34.81% to Rs 1,065 crore from Rs 790 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit for FY26 was Rs 808 crore, showing a growth of 35.34% over Rs 597 crore reported in FY25. Total comprehensive income for FY26 was Rs 804 crore compared to Rs 509 crore in FY25. Business Highlights: Chemical Segment Performance: In Q4FY26, the Chemicals segment recorded standalone revenue of Rs 1,497 crore, showing growth from Rs 1,235 crore in Q3FY26 and Rs 1,371 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, segment revenue reached Rs 4,899 crore. Fertilizer Segment Performance: Revenue for the Fertilizer segment in Q4FY26 was Rs 672 crore, a decrease from Rs 734 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase from Rs 661 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, segment revenue was Rs 2,764 crore. Segment Profitability (Q4FY26): The Chemicals segment achieved a result (Profit before Tax & Finance Cost) of Rs 463 crore. The Fertilizer segment reported a loss of Rs (24) crore for the same period. Operational Analysis: On a QoQ basis for Q4FY26, the Fertilizer segment revenue decreased mainly due to lower volume and realization, while the Chemical segment revenue increased due to higher volume and realization. On a YoY basis for Q4FY26, the Fertilizer segment revenue increased due to higher volume, partially offset by lower realizations. Turnaround Impact: Standalone revenue for the full year FY26 is not directly comparable to FY25 due to an annual turnaround at the Bharuch Complex in the current year and at the Dahej Complex in the previous year. Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 21 per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid up (210%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Cash Flow: Net cash flow generated from operating activities for the year ended March 31, 2026, was Rs 654 crore compared to Rs 606 crore in the previous year. Revenue Drivers: Management noted that during Q4FY26, revenue improved mainly due to better sales realization in the majority of products.
