Iron & Steel Products company Godawari Power & Ispat announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Quarterly Performance (Q4FY26 vs Q3FY26): Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,610.27 crore, representing an increase of 41.32% QoQ from Rs 1,139.45 crore. Total Income reached Rs 1,635.53 crore, up 40.22% QoQ compared to Rs 1,166.40 crore. Profit from ordinary activities before exceptional items and tax grew by 117.44% to Rs 407.92 crore from Rs 187.60 crore. Net Profit for the period attributable to owners was Rs 280.09 crore, an increase of 95.53% QoQ from Rs 143.25 crore. Quarterly Performance (Q4FY26 vs Q4FY25): Revenue from operations increased by 9.69% YoY compared to Rs 1,468.08 crore. Total Income saw an increase of 9.56% YoY from Rs 1,492.87 crore. Profit from ordinary activities before exceptional items and tax rose by 38.20% YoY from Rs 295.17 crore. Net Profit attributable to owners grew by 26.59% YoY from Rs 221.26 crore. Annual Performance (FY26 vs FY25): Revenue from operations for FY26 was Rs 5,380.65 crore, a marginal increase of 0.09% from Rs 5,375.73 crore. Total Income stood at Rs 5,474.79 crore compared to Rs 5,471.71 crore in FY25. Net Profit for the year attributable to owners of the company was Rs 800.75 crore, a slight decrease of 1.35% from Rs 811.67 crore in FY25. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 was Rs 13.05 compared to Rs 13.24 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Quarterly Performance (Q4FY26 vs Q3FY26): Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,435.99 crore, up 43.39% QoQ from Rs 1,001.47 crore. Total Income reached Rs 1,461.93 crore, a growth of 42.26% QoQ from Rs 1,027.64 crore. Net Profit for the period was Rs 321.99 crore, an increase of 116.77% QoQ from Rs 148.54 crore. Annual Performance (FY26 vs FY25): Revenue from operations for FY26 was Rs 4,713.96 crore, up 1.13% from Rs 4,661.24 crore in FY25. Total Income for the year stood at Rs 4,905.45 crore compared to Rs 4,762.89 crore in FY25. Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 919.43 crore, a growth of 19.46% YoY compared to Rs 769.64 crore in FY25. Basic EPS for the year improved to Rs 14.20 from Rs 11.91 in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company operates in the business of manufacturing Steel Products. As per Ind AS 108, it has identified only one reportable operating segment, and therefore, segment-wise reporting is not required. Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1/- per share (100%) on equity shares of face value of Rs 1/- each for the FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Physical Performance: Consolidated refinery throughput reached 41.15 MMT in FY26 compared to 40.51 MMT in FY25. Domestic market sales stood at 54.18 MMT in FY26 vs 52.40 MMT in FY25, representing a growth of 3.40%. Strategic Investments: The Board approved an additional investment of Rs 200 crore in Godawari New Energy Private Limited (GNEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary, for setting up a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) plant. This brings the total initial investment in GNEPL to Rs 700 crore. The Board proposed a loan of up to Rs 150.00 crore to its subsidiary, Godawari Education Research Foundation (GERF), for a residential school project in Chhattisgarh. Corporate Restructuring: Godawari Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, has been merged with the company following an NCLT order dated March 10, 2026, with an effective date of April 1, 2025. Exceptional Items: Exceptional items for the year include a gain on the sale of investment in Ardent Steel Limited and a write-off of preoperative costs related to a thermal power project that was dropped in favor of shifting to solar power.
