The deemed venue shall be the Registered office and Corporate office of the Company at GRSE Bhavan, 61 Garden reach road, Kolkata. In terms of Reg 42 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015, we wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from 19th Sept 2026 to 25th Sept 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 110th AGM of the Company and payment of Final Dividend.
