Pursuant to the RFP, an e-auction was successfully conducted on 12.05.2026, wherein Hypervault AI Data Center Limited emerged as the successful bidder with the highest bid of Rs 640.50 crore.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Stamp Duty Provisions:</strong> The provision for Stamp Duty Payable towards registration/mutation of land parcels in all states amounts to Rs 65,100 lakh. The company has paid Rs 774.30 lakh for Chennai land and Rs 316.20 lakh for Kolkata land (paid in May 2024). The remaining outstanding liability as of June 30, 2026, is Rs 63,980.21 lakh.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Property Tax:</strong> The company is currently reviewing a Property Tax/Urban Land Tax Liability in relation to a land parcel of 53.04 acres in Chennai.
