Packaged Foods company Heritage Foods announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported a revenue of Rs 11,575.61 million for Q4FY26, registering a growth of 3.43% QoQ from Rs 11,191.58 million in Q3FY26 and an increase of 10.40% YoY from Rs 10,484.66 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 45,259.91 million, up 9.47% YoY from Rs 41,345.95 million in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,636.00 million, compared to Rs 11,269.11 million in Q3FY26 (up 3.26% QoQ) and Rs 10,549.95 million in Q4FY25 (up 10.29% YoY). For FY26, total income reached Rs 45,502.21 million, an increase of 9.31% over Rs 41,624.68 million in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q4FY26, PBT (before exceptional items) stood at Rs 311.91 million, representing a decline of 32.76% QoQ compared to Rs 463.86 million in Q3FY26 and a decline of 51.57% YoY compared to Rs 644.02 million in Q4FY25. Total PBT for FY26 was Rs 2,011.18 million, down 22.12% YoY from Rs 2,582.38 million in FY25. Net Profit After Tax (PAT): The company recorded a PAT of Rs 239.44 million in Q4FY26, showing a decline of 30.79% QoQ from Rs 345.98 million and a decrease of 37.26% YoY from Rs 381.66 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 1,501.38 million, representing a 20.26% decline compared to Rs 1,882.80 million in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income: For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, total comprehensive income was Rs 246.61 million. For FY26, it was Rs 1,503.56 million compared to Rs 1,870.00 million in FY25. Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of 50% i.e., Rs 2.50 per equity share of face value Rs 5 each for FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,143.04 million, up 2.10% QoQ from Rs 10,914.08 million and up 7.69% YoY from Rs 10,347.62 million. Annual standalone revenue for FY26 was Rs 44,150.65 million, an 8.20% increase YoY from Rs 40,804.81 million. Total Income: Total standalone income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 11,199.93 million, rising from Rs 10,989.99 million in Q3FY26 and Rs 10,406.47 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, it reached Rs 44,387.55 million. Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Standalone PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 230.44 million, reflecting a decline of 24.42% QoQ from Rs 304.91 million, but a growth of 12.35% YoY from Rs 205.10 million in Q4FY25. Full-year standalone PAT was Rs 1,397.01 million compared to Rs 1,680.82 million in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Dairy: This segment remains the primary revenue driver, recording a revenue of Rs 44,308.75 million in FY26 compared to Rs 40,798.66 million in FY25. Segment results (profit before finance costs/tax) for FY26 were Rs 1,827.55 million. Renewable Energy: The segment generated a revenue of Rs 99.64 million in FY26, up from Rs 87.70 million in FY25. Segment profit for FY26 was Rs 49.33 million. Feed: This segment reported a revenue of Rs 2,454.45 million in FY26, growing from Rs 1,849.27 million in FY25. Segment profit for FY26 was Rs 198.02 million. Strategic Acquisition: In June 2025, the company completed the acquisition of a controlling interest (71,00,000 equity shares) in Heritage Novandie Foods Limited (HNFL) from its joint venture partner for Rs 85.00 million. Exceptional Items (FY26): The company received a refund of differential GST liability of Rs 69.33 million and reversed a previously accrued liability of Rs 32.02 million related to potential interest. These were partially offset by a provision for impairment loss of Rs 5.37 million on investment in HNFL. Labour Code Impact: Following the notification of four new Labour Codes, the group assessed and recognized a one-time increase in provision for defined benefit obligations amounting to Rs 48.07 million as an employee benefit expense.
