Refineries & Petro-Products company Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 1,24,313.33 crore, representing a marginal decrease of 0.70% QoQ from Rs 1,25,189.15 crore in Q3FY26, and an increase of 4.42% YoY from Rs 1,19,055.05 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, the consolidated Total Income was Rs 4,81,122.12 crore, up 2.63% compared to Rs 4,68,811.53 crore in FY25. Revenue from Operations (including Excise Duty) for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,23,164.02 crore, compared to Rs 1,24,052.90 crore in Q3FY26 and Rs 1,17,915.99 crore in Q4FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,065.26 crore, reflecting a significant growth of 51.20% QoQ from Rs 4,011.40 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 77.58% YoY from Rs 3,415.44 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the consolidated Net Profit reached Rs 18,046.89 crore, a substantial increase of 167.93% over the Rs 6,735.70 crore reported in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income for FY26 stood at Rs 17,780.88 crore, compared to Rs 6,565.51 crore in FY25. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 was Rs 84.81, compared to Rs 31.66 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,24,538.40 crore, showing a decrease of 0.50% QoQ from Rs 1,25,169.47 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 4.54% YoY from Rs 1,19,133.23 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone Total Income stood at Rs 4,81,234.01 crore, up 2.66% from Rs 4,68,762.09 crore in FY25. Revenue from Operations (including Excise Duty) for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,23,074.76 crore, compared to Rs 1,23,953.30 crore in Q3FY26 and Rs 1,17,774.37 crore in Q4FY25. Standalone Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,901.50 crore, an increase of 20.36% QoQ from Rs 4,072.49 crore in Q3FY26 and up 46.10% YoY from Rs 3,354.98 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone Net Profit was Rs 17,175.23 crore, marking a growth of 133.20% YoY from Rs 7,364.86 crore in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Downstream Petroleum: This segment generated a revenue of Rs 1,23,594.73 crore in Q4FY26 and Rs 4,78,518.63 crore for the full year FY26. Segment profit before tax for the full year FY26 was Rs 24,089.50 crore compared to Rs 11,141.93 crore in FY25. Others: This segment reported a revenue of Rs 159.36 crore in Q4FY26 and Rs 474.77 crore for the full year FY26. It recorded a segment loss of Rs 315.72 crore for FY26. Physical Performance: Crude Throughput for FY26 stood at 26.04 MMT, compared to 25.27 MMT in FY25. Market Sales (Domestic) reached 48.53 MMT for FY26, compared to 47.29 MMT in the previous year. Market Sales (Exports) were 2.92 MMT for FY26, as against 2.53 MMT in FY25. Pipeline Throughput for FY26 was 25.54 MMT, compared to 26.90 MMT in FY25. Refining Margins: The Average Gross Refining Margin (GRM) for the year ended March 31, 2026, was USD 8.79 per BBL, compared to USD 5.74 per BBL in FY25. Dividend: The Board has recommended a Final Equity Dividend of Rs 19.25 per share on the face value of equity shares of Rs 10 each for FY26. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share paid during the year. LPG Compensation: The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) conveyed a compensation of Rs 7,920 crore towards under-recoveries on the sale of domestic LPG. For FY26, five monthly instalments aggregating to Rs 3,300 crore have been recognised and included under 'Sale of Products'. After Esso Eastern Inc. & Lubes India Ltd. were nationalized & combined with acquisition of Caltex Oil Refining (India) LtdHPCL was founded in 1974. 2018 saw ONGC purchase 51.11% share in HPCL fromGovernment of India. HPCL is a marketing & refining company that works together. It is India's third-largest oil refining & marketing corporation, with significant interests in oil marketing.
