Electrical Equipment & Products company Honeywell Automation India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs. 11,807 million, representing a 1.03% QoQ increase from Rs. 11,687 million in Q3FY26 and a 5.94% YoY increase from Rs. 11,145 million in Q4FY25. Total income for the quarter Q4FY26 was Rs. 12,282 million, up 1.15% QoQ from Rs. 12,142 million and 5.78% YoY from Rs. 11,611 million. For the full year FY26, the company reported a total income of Rs. 48,609 million, an increase of 11.19% compared to Rs. 43,717 million in FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) for Q4FY26 was Rs. 2,153 million, showing a significant growth of 30.56% QoQ from Rs. 1,649 million in Q3FY26 and a 13.20% YoY increase from Rs. 1,902 million in Q4FY25. For the financial year FY26, Profit before tax stood at Rs. 7,088 million, showing a marginal increase of 0.45% from Rs. 7,056 million in FY25. Net Profit (Profit for the period) for Q4FY26 reached Rs. 1,597 million, increasing by 31.77% QoQ from Rs. 1,212 million and 14.15% YoY compared to Rs. 1,399 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Net Profit was Rs. 5,250 million, up 0.27% from Rs. 5,236 million in the previous year. Earnings per share (Basic) for Q4FY26 was Rs. 180.60 compared to Rs. 158.26 in Q4FY25. The annual Basic earnings per share for FY26 stood at Rs. 593.81 against Rs. 592.15 in FY25. Business Highlights: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 110 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, which is 1,100% of the face value of Rs. 10 each. The company operates in a single reportable segment, namely "Automation & Control Systems," as per the requirements of Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) 108. Honeywell Automation India Limited recognized a net exceptional impact of Rs. 123 million during the year, resulting from the financial impact assessment of the new Labour Codes (Code on Wages, 2019). This includes an increase in liabilities relating to gratuity and compensated absences amounting to Rs. 311 million, adjusted against related revenue of Rs. 188 million.
