Cement & Cement Products company Indian Hume Pipe Company announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q4FY26, the company reported a standalone total income of Rs 36,222.30 lakh, representing a growth of 23.82% QoQ compared to Rs 29,253.67 lakh in Q3FY26, but a decrease of 8.35% YoY from Rs 39,522.59 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 1,35,038.93 lakh compared to Rs 1,50,017.20 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 35,129.75 lakh, up by 24.55% QoQ from Rs 28,205.69 lakh in Q3FY26, and down by 10.41% YoY from Rs 39,210.19 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 1,30,556.83 lakh compared to Rs 1,49,123.14 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: The company recorded a standalone net profit of Rs 2,298.32 lakh in Q4FY26, representing a decline of 62.64% QoQ from Rs 6,151.43 lakh in Q3FY26, and a decline of 95.40% YoY from Rs 49,927.01 lakh in Q4FY25. (Note: Previous periods included significant exceptional gains from land sales). For the full year FY26, standalone net profit was Rs 14,111.06 lakh compared to Rs 55,805.24 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q4FY26, standalone total comprehensive income was Rs 2,205.89 lakh, compared to Rs 6,202.76 lakh in Q3FY26 and Rs 49,737.08 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, it reached Rs 13,824.79 lakh. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Standalone basic and diluted EPS for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 4.37, compared to Rs 11.67 in Q3FY26 and Rs 94.77 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, EPS was Rs 26.79. Business Highlights Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a total dividend of Rs 5 per equity share (250%) for the financial year FY26. This consists of a normal dividend of Rs 2 (100%) and a special dividend of Rs 3 (150%) on account of the 100th Anniversary of the Company. Exceptional Items: During FY26, the company recorded an exceptional gain of Rs 6,433.35 lakh from the sale of its freehold land in Hyderabad, Telangana. In the previous year FY25, the company recorded an exceptional gain of Rs 54,522.05 lakh from the sale of land in Bengaluru. Segment Performance (Construction): This primary segment recorded revenue of Rs 35,129.75 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,30,556.83 lakh for the full year FY26. The segment result (profit before tax and finance costs) for FY26 stood at Rs 17,137.40 lakh. Segment Performance (Real Estate): This segment recorded no revenue in FY26. The segment reported a loss (before tax and finance costs) of Rs 60.84 lakh for FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 3,136.52 lakh in FY25. Land Assets: The company has classified certain freehold land and investment property with a book value of Rs 43.42 lakh as "Asset held for sale".
