Auto Tyres & Rubber Products company JK Tyre & Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported a Revenue from Operations of Rs 4,223.44 crore for Q4FY26, representing a marginal growth on a QoQ basis compared to Rs 4,222.96 crore in Q3FY26, and a growth of 12.37% on a YoY basis compared to Rs 3,758.60 crore in Q4FY25. Annual Revenue: For the full year FY26, Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 16,326.65 crore, compared to Rs 14,692.92 crore in FY25, marking an increase of 11.12%. Total Income: Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,232.83 crore, compared to Rs 4,235.27 crore in Q3FY26 and Rs 3,779.89 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Total Income reached Rs 16,384.28 crore, up 10.91% YoY. Operating Profit (PBIDT): Operating Profit for the year FY26 was Rs 2,089.00 crore, showing a significant increase of 24.51% over Rs 1,677.83 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Consolidated PBT for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 276.51 crore, up 8.83% QoQ from Rs 254.08 crore and up 92.10% YoY from Rs 143.94 crore. Annual PBT for FY26 was Rs 1,042.74 crore, an increase of 46.16% YoY. Profit After Tax (PAT): Net Profit (Profit after tax) for Q4FY26 was Rs 187.76 crore, representing an 83.30% growth YoY compared to Rs 102.43 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, PAT stood at Rs 774.19 crore, an increase of 50.10% over FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Annual Basic EPS for FY26 increased to Rs 27.24 from Rs 17.88 in FY25. Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of 50% i.e., Rs 1/- per equity share, making the total dividend for the financial year FY26 Rs 10/- per equity share (500%) including interim dividends. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone Revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 3,902.61 crore, showing a growth of 4.32% QoQ from Rs 3,740.92 crore and 14.57% YoY from Rs 3,406.39 crore. Annual Revenue: For FY26, Standalone Revenue reached Rs 14,612.63 crore, an increase of 12.24% YoY from Rs 13,018.78 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT): Standalone PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 203.65 crore, up 14.33% QoQ and 93.92% YoY. For the full year FY26, PAT was Rs 747.78 crore, marking a 51.40% increase YoY. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: India: Segment Revenue was Rs 14,614.08 crore. Segment Results (Profit before interest and tax) stood at Rs 1,541.56 crore. Mexico: Segment Revenue was Rs 2,137.13 crore. Segment Results stood at Rs 75.61 crore. Others: Segment Revenue was Rs 2.47 crore. Sales Volume: Sales volumes in the India business grew by 21% on a YoY basis during Q4FY26, supported by 42% growth in the OE market. Amalgamation: The Scheme of Amalgamation of Cavendish Industries Ltd. (CIL), a subsidiary, with the company became effective on December 22, 2025. Consequently, the previous period figures have been restated to include the impact of this merger. Capacity and Exports: The company has 11 manufacturing facilities (9 in India and 2 in Mexico) with an annual capacity of 35 million+ tyres and exports to over 100 countries. Exceptional Items: For FY26, the company recorded consolidated exceptional items of Rs 145.59 crore, which included foreign exchange losses, VRS expenses, and a provision of Rs 56.98 crore related to the impact of New Labour Codes. Operational Highlights: The company achieved its highest ever annual consolidated revenue of Rs 16,384 crore in FY26 Raghupati Singhania, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), said: FY26 has been a landmark year for JK Tyre. We delivered record volumes across segments, attaining the highest ever annual consolidated revenue of Rs. 16,384 crore and achieving an EBITDA of Rs.2,089 crore, an increase of 25% over the previous year'. We registered a healthy double-digit growth of 1 1% in revenues, on year-on-year basis, driven by buoyant demand supported by GST and personal tax reforms, softening of interest rates, improved economic activity, and the festive season. Our performance reflects the strength of our brands, operational discipline and an unwavering focus on value-accretive growth.” We have laid a strong foundation through capacity expansion and a greater focus on higher value-added products for both domestic and export markets.
