Dyes & Pigments company Kiri Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Annual Performance (FY26 vs FY25): Revenue from Operations: The company reported a 13.46% YoY increase in revenue to Rs 83,964.64 lakh in FY26, compared to Rs 74,002.61 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total income for FY26 stood at Rs 1,01,573.60 lakh, marking an 18.81% YoY growth from Rs 85,490.00 lakh in the previous year. Net Profit/Loss: The company posted a significant turnaround with a net profit after tax of Rs 5,37,932.42 lakh in FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 10,842.56 lakh in FY25. This was primarily driven by exceptional items amounting to Rs 5,88,122.95 lakh. Total Comprehensive Income: Total comprehensive income for the year was Rs 5,50,094.48 lakh, compared to Rs 23,766.98 lakh in FY25. Kiri Industries To Go Debt-Free After $689 mn DyStar Stake Sale?

Kiri Industries is poised to become debt-free ahead of schedule after completing the sale of its 37.57% stake in DyStar Global Holdings to Zhejiang Longsheng Group for $689.83 million. The company received the payment on December 30, 2025, and plans to utilise the funds strategically. According to Manish Kiri, Chairman and Managing Director, the company will get a windfall of Rs 6,200 crore from the deal.
