The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Friday, 14th August, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved the following: 1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors; 2. Reviewed business expansion initiatives and directed the management to take necessary steps for evaluating and implementing identified opportunities in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements; 3. Decided that Item No. 15 - Approval for Transfer of Car to Mr. M. P. Jackson, Director, included in the Notice of the 62nd AGM scheduled on 29th August, 2026, shall not be taken up for consideration at the AGM. Accordingly, the item is deferred and shall be excluded from the business to be transacted at the AGM. A Corrigendum/Addendum to the AGM Notice shall be circulated at the earliest. The meeting commenced at 05.00 p.m. and concluded at 09.00 p.m.
