Iron & Steel Products company Kalyani Steels announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 4,843.94 million, representing a growth of 4.76% QoQ compared to Rs 4,623.76 million in Q3FY26 and a decline of 11.01% YoY from Rs 5,443.31 million in Q4FY25. Consolidated total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,992.51 million, an increase of 4.61% QoQ from Rs 4,772.51 million and a decrease of 10.53% YoY from Rs 5,580.32 million in Q4FY25. Net profit for the quarter Q4FY26 reached Rs 716.83 million, registering a 15.69% QoQ growth over Rs 619.61 million in Q3FY26 and a 10.62% YoY decline from Rs 802.05 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue from operations was Rs 18,456.07 million, reflecting a decline of 6.88% YoY compared to Rs 19,819.04 million in FY25. Annual consolidated total income for FY26 stood at Rs 19,057.28 million, a decrease of 6.45% YoY from Rs 20,371.77 million in FY25. Annual consolidated net profit for FY26 was Rs 2,578.67 million, showing a marginal growth of 0.63% YoY compared to Rs 2,562.47 million in FY25. Earnings per share (Basic and Diluted) for Q4FY26 was Rs 16.42, and for the full year FY26, it stood at Rs 59.07. Standalone Financial Highlights: Standalone revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,843.94 million, representing a 4.76% QoQ growth from Rs 4,623.76 million and an 11.01% YoY decrease from Rs 5,443.31 million in Q4FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The Company operates in a single reportable segment, which is "Forging and Engineering quality carbon and alloy steels." Dividend Recommendation: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10/- per equity share of face value Rs 5/- each (i.e. 200%) for the financial year 2025-26. Exceptional Item (Labour Codes): The Group has accounted for Rs 79.26 million in the current year as an exceptional item in the statement of profit and loss.
