The Company had previously acquired an additional 10% stake for Rs 11.09 million.</li> <li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Disagreement on Acquisition Consideration:</strong> The proposed acquisition of the remaining 20% stake has not been completed due to differences in interpretation and computations defined in the SPA between the Company and the selling shareholders.
