This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution approved on September 08, 2026, has allotted in aggregate 1,58,250 (One Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty) equity shares with face value of INR 1/- each, to eligible optionees pursuant to exercise of options under Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from 20,69,24,980 to 20,70,83,230.
