Data Processing Services company Latent View Analytics announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 2,886.18 million in Q4FY26, reflecting an increase of 3.82% QoQ from Rs 2,780.09 million in Q3FY26, and a robust growth of 24.31% YoY compared to Rs 2,321.77 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs 10,601.92 million, reporting a YoY growth of 25.05% from Rs 8,478.43 million in FY25. Total Income: Reached Rs 3,047.94 million in Q4FY26, up by 3.10% QoQ from Rs 2,956.19 million in Q3FY26, and an increase of 20.33% YoY from Rs 2,532.95 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, total income increased by 23.91% YoY to Rs 11,360.03 million. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Reported at Rs 707.15 million in Q4FY26, growing by 5.89% QoQ from Rs 667.81 million in Q3FY26, and an increase of 13.58% YoY from Rs 622.58 million in Q4FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): Came in at Rs 550.62 million for Q4FY26, up by 8.45% QoQ from Rs 507.71 million in Q3FY26, and a growth of 7.42% YoY from Rs 512.57 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 2,021.24 million compared to Rs 1,734.97 million in FY25, marking an increase of 16.50% YoY. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 1,004.70 million in Q4FY26, down by 4.36% QoQ from Rs 1,050.50 million in Q3FY26, but up by 2.66% YoY from Rs 978.68 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 3,975.43 million, increasing by 14.52% YoY from Rs 3,471.25 million in FY25. Total Income: Reached Rs 1,198.59 million in Q4FY26, marginally up by 0.37% QoQ from Rs 1,194.17 million in Q3FY26, and a growth of 3.27% YoY from Rs 1,160.66 million in Q4FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose to Rs 451.08 million in Q4FY26, marking an increase of 10.08% QoQ from Rs 409.76 million in Q3FY26, and a massive 354.86% YoY surge from Rs 99.17 million in Q4FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): Reported at Rs 349.56 million in Q4FY26, up by 12.71% QoQ from Rs 310.14 million in Q3FY26, and demonstrating a successful turnaround from a net loss of Rs 5.73 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, standalone PAT was Rs 1,294.50 million, significantly higher by 56.76% YoY compared to Rs 825.79 million in FY25. Business & Segment Highlights: Segment Performance: The Group is principally engaged in a single business segment, which involves developing and deploying analytics solutions for its customers. Strategic Investments: Subsequent to the year-end, LatentView Analytics Corporation (a wholly-owned subsidiary) executed a Simple Agreement for Future Equity Notes (SAFE Notes) on April 01, 2026, for a strategic investment of Rs 279.98 million (USD 3 million) in Healtheon AI INC., a US-based entity specializing in an Agentic-AI framework for healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. Acquisition Updates: The acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Decision Point Private Limited (DP Group) is currently pending due to a difference in the interpretation of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA). The selling shareholders have claimed Rs 2,203.30 million, whereas the company has recognized a redemption liability of up to a maximum of Rs 703.46 million based on management estimates and external legal counsel. Key Appointments: M/s. BDO India LLP was re-appointed as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Dr. R. Raghuttama Rao and Mr. Reed Cundiff were re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second consecutive term of five years. Mr. A.V. Venkatraman and Ms. Pramadwathi Jandhyala were re-appointed as Whole Time Directors for another consecutive term of five years. Impact of Labour Codes: The company evaluated the financial impact of the four newly notified Labour Codes by the Government of India in November 2025. This assessment has resulted in an increased provision for defined benefit obligations and compensated absences in the current quarter and year. Rajan Sethuraman, Chief Executive Officer, LatentView, said, "We are pleased to report another quarter of consistent growth, with revenue up 20% year-on-year. Our Financial Services practice led the way with a particularly strong performance, while our Consumer practice grew a healthy 19%. Notably, 28% of FY26 revenue was from delivering AI projects. Our focus remains on helping clients translate AI into better decisions and tangible business outcomes, whether that is sharper forecasting, smarter pricing, or more effective customer engagement. In line with this vision, we recently completed a strategic $3 million investment in Healtheon AI, an Agentic AI platform built for healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Looking ahead, we will continue to invest in GenAI, Agentic AI, and our Databricks practice to deepen impact for our clients.” Rajan Venkatesan, Chief Financial Officer, LatentView, said, “We are happy to surpass the significant milestone of Rs 1,000 crore revenue mark in FY26, reflecting a CAGR of 28.2% since our IPO in 2021.
