Pursuant to the execution of Joint Venture Agreement (JVA), RJ Corp Limited shall acquire 49% stake by subscribing to fresh issuance of equity shares of Arum Hotels Private Limited (Arum). As contemplated under the JVA, Carnation Hotels Private Limited shall hold 51% of the equity shares in Arum. Upon completion of the aforesaid transactions, Arum shall cease to be a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and shall continue as a step-down subsidiary of the Company.

Since opening its first hotel with 49 rooms in May 2004, LTH has grown significantly, operating under various brands such as Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, Keys Prima, Keys Select, and Keys Lite, expanding across many cities.
Lemon Tree Hotels including Keys Hotels are located across India in metro regions such as the NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai. They also have a presence in tier I and tier II cities like Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore, Aurangabad, Udaipur, Vishakhapatnam, Kochi, Ludhiana, Thiruvananthapuram and Vijayawada. The company expanded internationally with the launch of a hotel in Dubai in December 2019 and Bhutan in February 2020. New hotels are also opening internationally in Nepal.
