Auto Parts & Equipment company Lumax Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, the revenue stood at Rs 1,20,031.85 lakh, showing a growth of 14.02% QoQ from Rs 1,05,271.55 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 29.99% YoY compared to Rs 92,337.06 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 4,18,415.93 lakh, up 23.05% from Rs 3,40,039.16 lakh in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,20,121.87 lakh, representing a growth of 13.98% QoQ from Rs 1,05,385.61 lakh and a growth of 29.26% YoY from Rs 92,926.77 lakh. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 4,19,110.73 lakh compared to Rs 3,40,961.78 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: The company reported a net profit of Rs 5,409.80 lakh in Q4FY26, up 16.23% QoQ from Rs 4,654.51 lakh and an increase of 23.02% YoY compared to Rs 4,397.32 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, net profit was Rs 17,246.89 lakh, showing a growth of 23.27% over Rs 13,990.87 lakh in FY25. Exceptional Items: During FY26, the group recorded exceptional items of Rs 1,784.67 lakh, of which Rs 198.69 lakh was recognized in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 57.87, compared to Rs 49.79 in Q3FY26 and Rs 47.04 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, EPS was Rs 184.50. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,20,031.85 lakh, an increase of 14.02% QoQ and 29.99% YoY. For the full year FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 4,18,415.93 lakh. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 1,20,121.87 lakh, up 11.54% QoQ from Rs 1,07,694.86 lakh and up 27.90% YoY from Rs 93,916.45 lakh. For the full year FY26, standalone total income reached Rs 4,21,419.98 lakh. Net Profit: Standalone net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,392.61 lakh, representing a decrease of 14.49% QoQ from Rs 5,136.77 lakh, but an increase of 20.70% YoY from Rs 3,639.13 lakh. For the full year FY26, net profit reached Rs 14,649.59 lakh, a growth of 60.09% compared to Rs 9,151.04 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Standalone basic EPS for FY26 was Rs 156.72 compared to Rs 97.90 in FY25. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 55 per equity share (550%) of face value of Rs 10 each for FY6. Segment Performance: The company and its associate are engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of Automotive Components. As per the management's opinion, the activities fall within a single primary operating segment, and accordingly, disclosures as per Ind AS 108 - Operating Segments are not applicable. Exceptional Items (Labour Codes): The company assessed and accounted for the incremental impact of new labour codes (Code on Wages, 2019, etc.) amounting to Rs 1,784.67 lakh, disclosed as exceptional items for FY26. Management Changes: The Board approved the change in designation of Mr. Deepak Jain from Chairman and Managing Director to Chairman (Whole Time Director) and Mr. Anmol Jain from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director, effective May 28, 2026. Audit Appointments: M/s Grant Thornton Bharat LLP was re-appointed as Internal Auditors and M/s Jitender, Navneet & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY27. Deepak Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, Lumax Industries, said: “We are pleased to deliver another record performance this year, achieving our highest-ever revenues of Rs 4,184 crore, reflecting a robust year-on-year (YoY) growth of 23%. This impressive growth has been driven by an improved product mix, with LED lighting now contributing 61% to our overall revenues. Profitability growth was faster with FY26 EBITDA increase of 42.8% YoY to reach Rs 412 crore, with strong margins of 9.8%, up 130 bps YoY. This performance reflects the strength of our operating model, strong executional capabilities and sustained demand momentum across segments. Our order book remains healthy at Rs 2,200 crore, with LED lighting composition of 88%. Furthermore, we continue to deepen our engagement with leading OEMs such as Maruti Suzuki, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Hero MotoCorp contributing to a diversified and resilient revenue base. Looking ahead, the outlook for the Indian automotive industry remains positive, supported by healthy domestic demand, premiumisation trend, improving infrastructure activity and favourable macroeconomic fundamentals. We remain cautiously optimistic about the outlook for FY27 for Lumax Industries.
