Apparels & Accessories company Lux Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 885.11 crore, representing a QoQ increase of 30.35% from Rs 679.02 crore in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 7.83% from Rs 820.82 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, total income was Rs 2,961.76 crore compared to Rs 2,608.29 crore in FY25, an increase of 13.55% YoY. Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 877.31 crore, up by 30.97% QoQ from Rs 669.87 crore in Q3FY26 and up by 7.59% YoY from Rs 815.43 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, it reached Rs 2,923.55 crore, a growth of 13.95% over Rs 2,565.69 crore in FY25. Net Profit: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 40.37 crore, marking a QoQ increase of 203.08% from Rs 13.32 crore in Q3FY26. On a YoY basis, net profit decreased by 16.19% from Rs 48.17 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, net profit was Rs 101.45 crore compared to Rs 166.09 crore in FY25, a decrease of 38.92% YoY. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 884.30 crore, representing a QoQ increase of 30.21% from Rs 679.13 crore in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 7.94% from Rs 819.24 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, total income was Rs 2,960.82 crore compared to Rs 2,612.90 crore in FY25, up by 13.32% YoY. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share (100%) for FY26. Proposed Demerger: The Board has accorded in-principle approval for a Scheme of Demerger to separate business undertakings of Vertical A and Vertical C into two separate wholly-owned subsidiaries. Exceptional Items: Consequent to the notification of new Labour Codes, the Company recognized an incremental past service cost of Rs 2.76 crore in the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.
