For FY26, revenue was Rs 3,870.44 crore, up 37.87% from Rs 2,807.23 crore in FY25. Total Income: For Q4FY26, income stood at Rs 892.25 crore, an increase of 95.99% YoY from Rs 455.26 crore and 23.15% QoQ from Rs 724.51 crore. For FY26, it reached Rs 3,902.15 crore, up 37.14% compared to Rs 2,845.30 crore in FY25. Textiles company Mafatlal Industries announced Q3FY26 results Revenue: Rs 717.4 crore against Rs 910.2 crore during Q3FY25, change -21%. EBITDA: Rs 21.8 crore against Rs 27.1 crore during Q3FY25, change -20%. Operating EBITDA margins grew on a YoY basis from 2.2% in Q3FY25 to 2.8% in Q3FY26. PBT: Rs 12.4 crore against Rs 20.7 crore during Q3FY25, change -40%. As of December 31, 2025, Gross Debt stood at Rs 52.8 crore as against Rs 68.3 crore as of March 31, 2025. M. B. Raghunath, Chief Executive Officer, said: “We delivered a satisfactory performance in the quarter, despite a temporary delay in revenue recognition arising from our adherence to code of conduct during elections period in Maharashtra and Bihar.
