To consider and approve the draft Director's Report along with annexure thereto for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. 3. To fix the Cut-off Date for determining the eligibility of members to vote through remote e-voting and voting at the 35th Annual General Meeting. 4. To appoint the scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and voting at AGM. 5. Recommendation of appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain (DIN: 00043840) as a Director of the Company with effect from 29th September 2025 and shall be liable to retire by rotation, subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing AGM. 6. The power to advance loan(s), provide security or guarantee(s) under Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013 upto an aggregate of Rs. 10 crores. 7. To consider any other matter with the permission of chair.
