Iron & Steel Products company Man Industries (India) announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 1,15,730 lakh, witnessing a decline of 5.02% YoY compared to Rs 1,21,849 lakh in Q4FY25, but an increase of 39.37% QoQ from Rs 83,038 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for the quarter was Rs 1,16,551 lakh, representing a decrease of 4.56% YoY from Rs 1,22,122 lakh in Q4FY25 and a growth of 39.00% QoQ from Rs 83,856 lakh in Q3FY26. Net Profit for the quarter stood at Rs 5,085 lakh, reflecting a YoY decrease of 25.38% from Rs 6,815 lakh and a QoQ decrease of 7.61% from Rs 5,504 lakh. FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for the full year FY26 was Rs 3,56,390 lakh, showing a marginal increase of 1.67% YoY from Rs 3,50,535 lakh in FY25. Total Income for the year reached Rs 3,59,249 lakh, up by 1.91% YoY compared to Rs 3,52,532 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for FY26 stood at Rs 17,048 lakh, registering a growth of 11.30% YoY compared to Rs 15,317 lakh in FY25. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 was Rs 23.65, compared to Rs 23.66 in FY25. Q4FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,15,697 lakh, growing by 36.04% YoY from Rs 85,044 lakh in Q4FY25 and 44.01% QoQ from Rs 80,354 lakh in Q3FY26. Total Income for the quarter was Rs 1,17,457 lakh, an increase of 34.25% YoY from Rs 87,494 lakh and 43.80% QoQ from Rs 81,685 lakh. Net Profit for the quarter stood at Rs 7,021 lakh, witnessing a significant growth of 74.09% YoY from Rs 4,033 lakh and an increase of 15.29% QoQ from Rs 6,090 lakh. FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Standalone Revenue from operations for FY26 was Rs 3,45,525 lakh, representing a growth of 10.81% YoY from Rs 3,11,822 lakh in FY25. Annual Net Profit stood at Rs 19,585 lakh, marking an increase of 42.83% YoY compared to Rs 13,712 lakh in FY25. Standalone Basic EPS for FY26 increased to Rs 27.17 from Rs 21.18 in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Manufacturing and trading in Steel Products: This segment remains the primary driver, recording a revenue of Rs 3,56,390 lakh and a segment result (profit before tax, interest, and exceptional items) of Rs 36,209 lakh for the full year. Real Estate: This segment reported a loss of Rs 172 lakh for FY26. Order Book: The outstanding order book position at the start of the current financial year FY27 is approximately Rs 3,000 crore, which is expected to be executed within 6 to 12 months. Real Estate Update: The real estate subsidiary, Merino Shelters Private Limited, has received the Full Commencement of Construction Certificate (CC). Cashflow from this project is expected to commence from June 2026 onwards. Capital Allotment: During the year, the company made a preferential allotment of equity shares. Dividend: The Board of Directors did not recommend any dividend for FY26. Nikhil Mansukhani, Managing Director, Man Industries (India), said: “FY26 has been a defining year for Man Industries. We are proud to have achieved our highest-ever consolidated EBITDA and PAT margins a milestone that reflects the strength of our strategy: optimising our product portfolio toward highvalue applications, deepening our international footprint, and maintaining rigorous financial discipline. The strong momentum in Q4, particularly on the standalone front, demonstrates the operating leverage embedded in our business as we scale. With a robust order book of ~Rs 3,000 crore, our acquisition of National Pipe Company (NPC) in Saudi Arabia, and the upcoming greenfield stainless-steel plant in Jammu, we are building a more diversified and resilient platform for sustained growth.
