Total Revenue from operations: Rs 514.00 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 481.40 crore in Q3FY26 (up 6.77% QoQ) and Rs 417.29 crore in Q4FY25 (up 23.18% YoY). Profit after tax: Rs 99.72 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 90.33 crore in Q3FY26 (up 10.40% QoQ) and Rs 80.82 crore in Q4FY25 (up 23.39% YoY). Total comprehensive income: Rs 96.18 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 69.04 crore in Q3FY26 (up 39.31% QoQ) and Rs 83.85 crore in Q4FY25 (up 14.70% YoY). Capital Adequacy: Standalone Capital Adequacy Ratio remained strong at 22.84% (with Tier-I capital at 21.50%). Borrowing Powers: The Board approved an increase in borrowing powers from Rs 10,000 crore to Rs 15,000 crore, subject to shareholder approval. Fund Raising: Approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 3,000 crore and Commercial Papers (CPs) up to Rs 1,000 crore on a private placement basis. Strategic Investments: The company invested Rs 25.00 crore in its subsidiary, MAS Rural Housing and Mortgage Finance Limited, and Rs 0.35 crore in MASFIN Insurance Broking Private Limited. New License: Received a "CoR - Additional Certificate of Registration" from the RBI to commence factoring business.
