However, the price/ volume movement of its shares on exchange seems to be in sync with the shares of other sugar companies and the increase in the volume is purely market driven. The management of the Company is in no way connected with the increase in the volume of the shares. It is confirmed that there is no information/announcement (including any impending announcement) which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior of Mawana''s scrip.
