Footwear company Metro Brands announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 772.98 crore in Q4FY26, witnessing a YoY growth of 20.26% compared to Rs 642.77 crore in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, revenue declined by 4.72% from Rs 811.27 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 2,868.63 crore, an increase of 14.41% YoY against Rs 2,507.39 crore in FY25. Total Income: Reached Rs 804.33 crore in Q4FY26, growing by 20.80% YoY from Rs 665.83 crore in Q4FY25, but declining 2.79% QoQ from Rs 827.38 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, total income stood at Rs 2,967.85 crore, up 14.13% YoY compared to Rs 2,600.38 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Reported at Rs 156.60 crore in Q4FY26, indicating a 24.08% YoY growth from Rs 126.21 crore in Q4FY25, while showing a 9.33% decline QoQ from Rs 172.71 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, PBT was Rs 551.25 crore, up 9.47% YoY from Rs 503.57 crore in FY25. Dividend Announcement: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share (on a face value of Rs 5 each) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. PBT: Rs 172.29 crore against Rs 159.27 crore during Q3FY25, change 8%. PAT: Rs 130.37 crore against Rs 95.08 crore during Q3FY25, change 37%. EPS: 4.71 for Q3FY26. E-commerce and omni-channel sales grew 24% during the quarter, contributing 12% of revenue, compared to 11% in Q3FY25. During Q3 FY26, the Company opened 35 new stores and closed 11. Over the nine months, 100 new stores were added, offset by 18 closures, reflecting a calibrated approach to network expansion.
