Please find enclosed the Notice convening the 14th AGM of the shareholders of the Company and the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026. The same is being circulated through electronic mode to all the shareholders of the Company whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s). The Notice and the Annual Report has also been made available on the Company''s website at www.mkproteins.in. The remote E-voting will start on Sunday, 27th September 2026 at 09:00 A.M. [IST] and ends on Tuesday, 29th September 2026 at 05:00 P.M. [IST]. For the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 as the cut-off date. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Thursday, 24th September, 2026 to Wednesday, 30th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding AGM.
