Castings & Forgings company M M Forgings announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Consolidated total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 43,032.63 lakh, showing a growth of 3.37% QoQ from Rs 41,627.97 lakh and a 14.12% YoY increase from Rs 37,707.26 lakh. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 1,60,548.61 lakh compared to Rs 1,54,782.67 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 42,901.50 lakh, up 4.07% QoQ from Rs 41,224.93 lakh and up 16.06% YoY from Rs 36,964.41 lakh. For FY26, revenue reached Rs 1,57,330.05 lakh. Net Profit: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,474.21 lakh, a significant increase of 154.66% QoQ from Rs 1,756.91 lakh and a 41.52% YoY increase from Rs 3,161.47 lakh. However, the annual net profit for FY26 was Rs 9,866.63 lakh, a decrease of 19.03% from Rs 12,186.20 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Standalone total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 41,690.77 lakh, an increase of 1.63% QoQ from Rs 41,020.17 lakh and a 14.83% YoY increase from Rs 36,305.81 lakh. FY26 standalone total income was Rs 1,56,950.39 lakh. Revenue from Operations: Q4FY26 standalone revenue was Rs 41,270.07 lakh, up 2.17% QoQ from Rs 40,393.51 lakh and up 16.66% YoY from Rs 35,377.24 lakh. FY26 annual revenue was Rs 1,52,859.07 lakh. Net Profit: Standalone net profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 4,805.77 lakh, growing 86.59% QoQ from Rs 2,575.48 lakh and 32.62% YoY from Rs 3,623.72 lakh. Annual standalone net profit for FY26 was Rs 11,386.14 lakh. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board declared an interim dividend of 40% (Rs 4 per equity share) for the financial year.
