Gems & Jewellery company Motisons Jewellers announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 13,746.77 lakh, representing a QoQ decline of 21.25% compared to Rs 17,456.13 lakh in Q3FY26, and a YoY growth of 15.76% against Rs 11,875.08 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue increased by 5.94% YoY to Rs 48,954.45 lakh from Rs 46,211.15 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total income reported in Q4FY26 was Rs 14,323.07 lakh, down by 18.18% QoQ (vs Rs 17,506.25 lakh in Q3FY26) and up by 20.60% YoY (vs Rs 11,876.81 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income stood at Rs 49,583.69 lakh, marking an increase of 7.13% YoY compared to Rs 46,285.06 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT (after exceptional items) for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,138.25 lakh, dropping by 66.60% QoQ (vs Rs 3,408.23 lakh in Q3FY26) and declining by 24.52% YoY (vs Rs 1,508.05 lakh in Q4FY25). However, For FY26, PBT surged by 43.24% YoY to Rs 8,508.73 lakh compared to Rs 5,940.28 lakh in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): The net profit for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 830.19 lakh, declining by 68.00% QoQ (vs Rs 2,594.11 lakh in Q3FY26) and falling 25.47% YoY (vs Rs 1,113.91 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, PAT jumped significantly by 47.57% YoY to Rs 6,370.77 lakh against Rs 4,317.11 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income: The company posted a total comprehensive income of Rs 830.83 lakh in Q4FY26 (vs Rs 2,598.26 lakh in Q3FY26 and Rs 1,114.03 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, it stood at Rs 6,374.81 lakh, compared to Rs 4,312.31 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): The basic and diluted EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 0.08, compared to Rs 0.24 in Q3FY26 and Rs 0.10 in Q4FY25. For FY26, the diluted EPS improved to Rs 0.65 against Rs 0.42 in FY25. Business Highlights & Segment-wise Performance: Segment Performance: The company is engaged in the business of selling jewellery made of gold, diamonds, and Kundan, as well as other jewellery products such as pearl, silver, platinum, and other metals. The company offers a wide range of products, including traditional, contemporary, and combination designs across various jewellery lines. Warrants and Equity Adjustments: Out of the originally issued 1,00,00,000 share warrants (issue price of Rs 170/- per warrant), 17,30,000 warrants were converted during the year into 1,73,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 1/- each. This adjustment followed the subdivision/split of equity shares from a face value of Rs 10/- per share to Rs 1/- per share. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company increased accordingly.
